Click on the download button (if there are two buttons, click on both). Once the download is complete, you will find 1 file (or 2 files if the installation kit has been split into two packages) in the DOWNLOAD folder on your PC. Double-click on the .exe file or (.part1.exe if there are 2 files); in the window that opens, click on the Install button to extract the package(s).
